Notes:
Tasks created via the dashboard or tasks page can be edited by the following users
Organization admins
The task's creator
Tasks created via a group page can be edited by the following users:
Organization admins
The task's creator
The task's admins
Tasks created via a meeting page can be edited by the following users:
Organization admins
The task's creator
The meeting's creator
The meeting's collaborators
To edit a task:
Open the task page

Click More Actions (︙)
Click Edit
Make desired changes to task, from:
Description
File attachments, if any
Due date
Assignees
Click Save
II. Delete a Task
Tasks created via the dashboard or Tasks page can be deleted by the following users
Organization admins
The task's creator
Tasks created via a group page can be deleted by the following users:
Organization admins
The task's creator
The group's admins
Tasks created via a meeting page can be deleted by the following users:
Organization admins
The task's creator
The meeting's creator
The meeting's collaborators
Tasks cannot be archived. They can only be deleted.
To do so:
Open the task page

Click More Actions (︙)
Click Delete Task
Click OK
III. Comment on a Task
To add a comment to a task:
Open the task page

Scroll down to the Comments section
Click into the text box labeled Leave a Comment
Type the desired text
Click Save
Comment is added to Comments section
If enabled, notifications are sent
