Before You Begin
Follow Up is part of Boardable.AI and answers questions about a meeting after it ends. Use it to catch up on a meeting you missed or clarify a discussion or decision.
Follow Up works alongside the minutes. The minutes remain the meeting record; Follow Up helps you find answers to additional questions.
Prerequisites
- The meeting must have ended.
- Your organization must have access to Follow Up.
Ask a Question About a Meeting
- Open the meeting’s member meeting page.
- Click the Follow Up tab.
- Select a suggested prompt or enter your own question.
- For example, ask, “What was decided about the budget?”
- Click Ask to submit your question.
Your answer appears in Follow Up, in the same place you access the meeting recap and recording.
Things to Know
- Follow Up answers questions. It does not create or assign tasks.
- AI can make mistakes. Verify important details against the minutes and meeting record.
