I. Create A New Organization

One Boardable user account may be used to gain access to multiple boards. To do so, the same login email must be used for all Boardable accounts.

Go to User Settings:

  1. Click Create A New Organization

2. Add Organization

a. Type your new Organization's Name

b. Check the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service agreements

c. Click Get Started

II. Toggle Between Accounts:

  1. Click on the profile Avatar (image) in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Click Switch Organizations to be taken to the organization page

  3. On the Boardable organization page, all available organizations will be displayed. To enter an organization's Boardable instance, click the desired organization

  4. It is also possible to create a new Boardable account for a separate organization on this page, by scrolling to the bottom and clicking + New Organization

5. In the Add Organization window, follow the steps outlined:

a. Type the Organization Name

b. Check the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service agreements

c. Click Get Started
