II. What Happens After Cancellation

Note: After cancelation, you will lose access to your account at the end of the current billing cycle. To prevent data loss or additional fees, export your data before requesting cancelation.

Account Access

If you cancel a monthly subscription, access will continue through the end of the current month. For example, suppose your subscription auto-renews on October 15. You cancel on October 30. Your access will continue through November 15.

If you cancel a yearly subscription, access will continue until the next payment cycle. Suppose your subscription started on March 3, 2025, but you cancel on December 15, 2025. Your access will continue through March 3, 2026.

Refunds

Boardable subscriptions are non-refundable. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please submit an account review request by sending an email to success@boardable.com. Include the subject line "Refund Review." We will issue a decision by within 7-10 business days.

Your Data

Your account data is kept in soft-delete status (meaning it can be recovered) in case you wish to resubscribe. All board-related information is saved including meetings, documents, polls, tasks, discussions, and so forth.

If you wish to request that your data be permanently deleted, please contact your CSM or write to success@boardable.com.
