      Change User Limits

      Increase or decrease the number of users on your subscription plan.

      Change User Limits from the Subscription Dashboard

      1. Select Subscription from the main menu.

      2. Use the plus and minus buttons to change the number of users in increments of five.

      3. A pop-up displays the amount due. 

        1. Select Apply coupon, if applicable.

        2. Select Proceed To Checkout.

      4. Select Next after entering your account details.

      5. Review the details of your order, then select the checkbox to agree with Boardable's terms of service and privacy policy. 

        1. Select Edit to change the information you entered.

        2. Select the checkbox to agree with Boardable's terms of service and privacy policy.

        3. Select Pay & Subscribe.

      Results: The number of licensed users is updated and the account holder is notified by email.

      1. Select Subscription from the main menu. 

      2. Select Change Plan.

      3. Select Add Users to Plan.

      4. Use the plus and minus buttons to change the number of users in increments of five.

      5. Select Choose Plan.

      6. A pop-up displays the amount due. 

        1. Select Apply coupon, if applicable.

        2. Select Proceed To Checkout.

      7. Select Next after entering your account details.

      8. Review the details of your order, then select the checkbox to agree with Boardable's terms of service and privacy policy. 

        1. Select Pay & Subscribe.
