-
In the People directory, check the box next to each user you want to deactivate.

-
Click Submit to confirm deactivation.
What happens when you deactivate a user

Access to any meetings they created or were invited to
-
Visibility in meeting attendee lists
The system retains:
-
Their name as the creator of any meetings, tasks, or discussions
-
Comments, poll responses, and task history
-
Calendar events for meetings they created (still visible to other invitees)
-
The ability to re-invite the user using the same email address

If a user needs access again, you can reactivate their account without creating a new profile.
-

-
Click the Invite Status dropdown near the top of the directory.
