      The only reason that a Boardable user would experience blocking issues would be if Boardable views the user as a possible security risk (due to the nature of the user's VPN or firewall). If you are experiencing this, please do one of the following:

      • Write to support@boardable.com with details of the issue and screenshots if available

        OR

      • Go to boardable.com

        • Scroll to the bottom left of the page

        • Next to Support Click the carrot

        • Click Contact Support, this opens help center chat in the lower right corner of the page, to reach a support team member
