Before You Begin: You must be an administrator or an account owner to use the subscription dashboard.

I. About the Subscription Dashboard

Administrators can easily manage their Boardable accounts using the subscription dashboard. The dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of your:

  • Current subscription plan 

  • User limits

  • Payment methods and invoices

  • Invoices

  • Account information including billing and shipping addresses

Use this dashboard to:

  • Change your payment methods
  • Change or cancel your subscription
  • Increase or decrease the number of permitted users 
  • Review your billing history and/or update your account information

II. Access the Subscription Dashboard

To access the dashboard, select Subscription in the main menu.

Note: Trial accounts do not include a Subscription dashboard; a subscription page appears instead. Learn more about subscriptions.
