In addition to signing on to your Boardable account with your email and password, Boardable offers the ability to both create a new account (sign up), and access your existing account (log in) through the Single Sign-On options of Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and a secure password-less link delivered via email.

I. Log Into an Existing Account with Single Sign-On

On Boardable's Login page, you will see multiple options to log in:

  • Email Address & Password

  • Single-Sign On with Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft

  • Log in Without Password

NOTE: When you click the Stay Logged In box, your account will stay logged in for 14 days on the web app, and 30 days on the mobile app

i. Log in with Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft

  1. Navigate to Boardable's Login page

  2. Click on the button corresponding to the preferred application to be used for login

  3. The login page for the selected application will load, in which the user may enter their login credentials for the application in question

    1. NOTE: When using Boardable's Single Sign-On options with Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft, the email used to log in to the 3rd party account must match the Boardable user/login email

    2. If you are already logged into any one of your Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft accounts in your browser, you will be directed immediately into your Boardable account

    3. If you are logged into more than one account for the selected method, you will be taken to a screen to choose the account you wish to use to log into Boardable

    4. If you are not logged in to your Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft accounts, you will be taken to the secure sign-in workflow provided by that respective 3rd party to enter your associated email address and password

ii. Log in with Reset Password

If experiencing difficulty logging into Boardable due to uncertainty around the password, click Forgot your Password? and follow the steps outlined. More detail may be found in this article.

iii. Log in Without Password

  1. If experiencing difficulty logging into Boardable, another option is to click Log In without password to use the option featured in this article

  2. Once logged in, the password may be reset in the User Settings under Login and Password

Note: Currently you cannot reset your password via the mobile app login page.

II. Sign Up for a New Account with Single Sign-On

When creating a new Boardable user account, any existing Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft accounts may be used. It is also possible to create a new account using an existing email address along with the creation of a password.

When signing up for the first time using Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft, the email address associated with that account will become the default Boardable login email address.

Note: Signing up and creating a new account is not possible without a password using a Magic Link; this is only an option for logging into existing accounts.
