Present Meeting Documents
Only files uploaded from your computer, the Document Center, and Google Drive can be presented.
Files linked from OneDrive and Dropbox open in a new tab during the virtual meeting.
To present a document:

Join the video conferencing session

Click the Documents button (the button showing two stacked rectangles) from the content menu at the left side of the screen

Click the title of the desired document

Selected document opens in the content panel

Select version of document to present:

To present without annotations, click View at the top of the content panel
-
To present with annotations, click Annotate at the top of the content panel
-
-
Click Present at the bottom of the content panel
-
Other participants' content panels display the document selected during Step 3
-
Stop presenting button is displayed at the bottom of the presenter's content panel

To finish presentation, click Stop Presenting
