I. New Organization Members

When a new user is added to an organization, without also being added to a group, they are not automatically added to any past meetings.

In order to let new organization members see past meetings, it's necessary to invite them to these meetings.

To learn how to do so, please see Related Articles.

II. New Group Members

New group members can view all of the group's published meetings, both past and future, on the Boardable platform.

New group members only receive calendar events for meetings created after their addition to the group.

In order for new group members to have calendar events for meetings created before their addition to the group, invites for this meeting need to be re-sent to all invitees. To learn how to do so, please see Related Articles.
