I. Assignees Can't View Poll
If those assigned to a poll cannot view and vote on it, the cause is likely one of those below.
Either the poll is not yet published, or the poll is closed.
Members and observers can only view published polls they are assigned to. To learn how to publish a poll and let all assignees access it, please see Related Articles.
Votes can only be submitted for polls whose due date is in the future. When a poll's due date is passed, the poll closes, and stops accepting votes.
To learn how to edit a poll's due date, please see Related Articles.
II. Boardable Password Required
When Verify user identity is enabled during poll creation, all assignees must log in with their Boardable usernames and passwords in order to vote on the poll.
This is true even for users who normally log in to the platform without their Boardable password, such as by using an emailed link or a Google, Microsoft / Outlook, or LinkedIn account. In order to complete a poll which requires identity verification, these users must set a Boardable password.
To learn how to set a Boardable password, please see Related articles.
III. Can't Edit Poll Options
Once any votes are submitted for a poll, the only detail which can be edited is its due date.
To collect votes with a different setup than that in a poll which has already been voted on, create a new poll.
