Before You Begin

Organization Admins, Meeting Owners, and Meeting Collaborators can attach documents to agenda items.
Each file uploaded becomes accessible to participants with access to the meeting agenda.


Upload a Document to the Agenda

  1. Open the meeting agenda.

  2. Click an agenda item to display its details.

  3. Scroll to the Attachments section.

  4. Click Attach a Document to open the upload options menu.


Upload Document Options

You can add documents from the following sources:

  • User’s computer

  • Document Center

  • Google Drive

  • Dropbox

  • OneDrive


From User’s Computer

  1. Click Upload a File in the Attach a Document menu.

  2. A file directory window opens (Finder, File Explorer, etc.).

  3. Select one or multiple files, then click Open (or Select/Choose, depending on your system).

    • To select multiple files in order, hold Shift.

    • To select non-sequential files, hold Ctrl (PC) or Cmd (Mac).


From Document Center

  1. Click the Boardable icon in the Attach a Document menu.

  2. The Attach a File window opens.

  3. Navigate to the desired folder and select the file(s).

  4. Click Select to attach the file(s) to the agenda item.


From Google Drive

  1. Click Google Drive in the Attach a Document menu.

  2. Sign in and grant permissions if prompted.

  3. Navigate to the desired folder and select your file(s).

  4. Click Select to attach them.

Tip: To revoke permissions later, go to Google Drive > Settings > Manage Apps > Boardable > Disconnect from Drive. Files already added will remain in Boardable.


From Dropbox

  1. Click Dropbox in the Attach a Document menu.

  2. Sign in if needed, then navigate to the desired folder.

  3. Check the box next to each file you want to attach.

    • To select all files, click the box next to the folder name.

    • To deselect all, click the minus sign or uncheck the folder box.

  4. Click Choose to add the file(s) to the agenda item.


From OneDrive

  1. Click OneDrive in the Attach a Document menu.

  2. Choose either Copy File or Create a Live Document (see Related Articles).

  3. Sign in and grant permissions if prompted.

  4. Hover over each file and click the circle to select it.

  5. After selecting all desired files, click Select.
