I. Introduction

An easy access member meeting dashboard lets Boardable admins, members, and observers view meeting page content without logging in.

They can do so using unique links provided to each recipient at the time meeting materials are published. To learn how to publish meeting materials, please see Related Articles.

All meeting page content is provided on the easy access dashboard. Suppressing certain content is not supported. To create a public-facing resource which can suppress some content, create a Public Page instead. To learn how to do this, please see Related Articles.

The easy access dashboard can be enabled only during meeting creation, by the meeting creator. It cannot be added after meeting creation by any user.

For meetings which contain a video conferencing component, the easy access dashboard includes a Join Meeting button.

For meetings whose video conferencing component is Boardable Video, clicking this button prompts login. Participating in a Boardable Video Conferencing session without login is unsupported, even for meetings with an Easy Access dashboard enabled.
