Do you have board and team members spread across various timezones? We're excited to announce that newly invited Boardable users will have their timezones detected automatically based on their location.

What does this mean?

This release eliminates the frustration and confusion often caused by scheduling meetings across timezones. After you have invited a new member to setup their Boardable account, you no longer have to worry about sending meeting invitations with the incorrect timezone displayed--resulting in attendees joining the meeting at the wrong time. Now, all meeting invitations will be sent based on the timezone detected when they accepted their Boardable invitation.

Users still have the ability to change or update their timezone in their Profile Settings if needed by following these steps:

Step 1: Click on your profile image in the upper right corner

Step 2: Select My Profile from the dropdown.

Step 3: Select Timezone

Step 4: Select your timezone from the dropdown and click Save
