TABLE OF CONTENTS

I. Meeting Saved, Not Published

When a meeting is saved and not yet published, a banner containing the following text displays at the top of the meeting page: "This meeting has not been published. Members will not have access to this meeting until it has been published."

II. Meeting Partially Published (Save-the-date)

When a meeting is published via save-the-date, and not fully published, a banner containing the following text displays at the top of the meeting page: "Only the title and date of the meeting has been published and added to members' calendars."

Partially published meetings can be viewed in the platform and on calendar events by invitees. The following details are available:

  • Meeting title

  • Meeting date

  • Meeting time

  • Link to external video conferencing component, if any

Other meeting materials, including the agenda and meeting documents are only available to the admin, meeting creator, and meeting collaborator.

III. Meeting Fully Published

When a meeting is fully published, no banner appears at the top of the meeting page. If a meeting page does not contain the text listed in one of the above sections, this means the meeting is fully published.

Fully published meetings can be viewed in the platform and on calendar events by invitees. The following details are available:

  • Meeting date

  • Meeting time

  • Meeting location

  • Meeting description

  • Link to Boardable meeting page

  • Link to external video conferencing component, if any

  • Agenda

  • Meeting documents
