TABLE OF CONTENTS
I. Overview of the Agenda
A meeting agenda can only be created and edited by an Admin, Meeting Creator or Meeting Collaborators.
Admins, Meeting Creators, and Meeting Collaborators can view and edit the agenda regardless of the meeting materials' publication state.
Members and observers without collaborator permissions can only view an agenda once the meeting materials are published. To learn how to publish meeting materials, please see Related Articles.
Building or editing an agenda for a meeting does not cause the meeting's invitees to receive email notifications.
Many aspects of the agenda are completely customizable. However, margin width cannot be edited.
Agendas can be built on the web app or desktop app. This cannot be done on the mobile app.
Agenda items can only include the following items:
Text, including the following formatting:
Heading
Body / Description
Italics

Underline
Hyperlinks
File attachments
Other types of content, including embedded images or custom-formatted headers and footers, cannot be included in an agenda.
