Meeting Files allows Administrators, Group Admins, and Meeting Collaborators the ability to upload files during Boardable Spotlight. You can upload files directly into your meeting from your computer, the Document Center, and link files from various cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive.

Meeting files are uploaded in real time allowing participants to instantly view the newly uploaded file during the meeting without ever leaving their computer browser.

Uploading Meeting Files

The Meeting Files feature is accessible in Boardable Spotlight. After you have entered into your virtual meeting, you can upload files by clicking on the Documents icon in the left-hand menu.

Click on the arrow pointing up to upload a new file into your meeting. You can upload files from your computer, the Document Center, and link files from Google Drive, Dropbox, and One Drive.

Note: You must be logged into your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive account in order to upload files. If a meeting attendee is unable to access a file uploaded from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, ensure that you have granted them access from within that specific file sharing service.

After your files have been uploaded, attendees will have the ability to instantly view the newly uploaded file during the meeting.

Only files uploaded from your computer, the Document Center, and Google Drive will be displayed in Present Mode in Boardable Spotlight. Files linked from OneDrive and Dropbox will open in a new tab during the virtual meeting.

Note: If your organization is on the Professional or Enterprise Plan, your guests can view meeting files presented during the meeting but they will not have the ability to download files.
