PDF files are used in various places throughout the Boardable platform--from within the Document Center, Discussions, Polls, to meetings and meeting agendas.

You can now quickly view PDFs in a new tab in your browser without having to download the file onto your device first. This feature improvement will allow you to quickly view PDFs as seamlessly as possible.

To view PDFs from the Document Center, select the document you want to view, then select Open to view the document in a new browser tab. From there, you can then download the file if you choose to do so.

To view PDFs from the meetings page, select your meeting and then select the document you want to view from the Documents in Agenda or Supplemental Documents section. After clicking on the file, the PDF will open in a browser tab.

To view PDFs from the meeting agenda, select your meeting and then select Open Agenda or Open as PDF. After clicking on the file, the PDF will open in a new browser tab.
